3 Polite Ways to Say NO to Your Customer

It's OK to say no to your customer! I know you're trying to help everyone, but not everyone will see the value your product provides. The most troublesome customers are the ones that always want to make changes, do things differently, and they really don't need their problem solved in the way your business solves it. And they usually get upset about your prices, too. That's OK! Just politely tell them that your business does things in a slightly different way and suggest a few other businesses that might be able to solve their problem. It's OK to say no to a customer that's going to waste your time, because there's thousands out there that won't.
