Video Playback Issues?
These are the top 3 reasons why:
1. Browser security issues
- Hit the refresh button on your browser (This solves it most of the time)
- Clear your cache
- Try another browser
2. Browser extensions (mostly ad blocking or security extensions)
3. ISP blocking internet videos
If none of these fix the problem, send us an email.
Discord issues
Discord issues are usually due to members having multiple accounts on the platform, and one of those accounts isn't in the Stud Stack Server. If this sounds like you, sign-out of Discord on your device and sign-in again with your other Email address. If you still have trouble, or have a different issue, Discord customer support can help! They've been very helpful with other members who had account issues.
Account Questions
To Cancel a Subscription​, Reset a Password, or ​Update Payment Information, all you have to do is click the little rectangle in the bottom right that says "Member Menu" then click "Your Account" and follow the prompts (it will say "Log In/Sign Up" if you're not signed in).
